      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform complex analysis, design, development, testing, and support services for assigned applications
      - Oversee day-to-day tracking and follow-up on issues and questions related to daily operations
      - Participate in and oversee applications analysis and impact analysis of new or different applications and processes
      - Provide advanced application support and guidance to end users and serve as a point of contact for application problems
      - Prepare written documentation such as analytical reports, functional specifications, and training manuals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in a health, science, or business field, or equivalent professional experience
      - Three years of progressively responsible experience in information applications, including one year in programming or applications analysis
      - Experience working in a healthcare environment is preferred
      - Demonstrated competence in analysis and problem-solving principles with a focus on user relations and data gathering techniques
      - Ability to develop technical specifications and familiarity with problem analysis and application integration

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience as a provider, clinician, or in ancillary services during system implementation as a subject matter expert or super user
      - Additional certifications may be required
