      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Gather and analyze user needs for the development and modification of clinical or business applications
      - Provide complex application support, including writing documentation and specifications
      - Analyze complex results and propose solutions or recommendations
      - Build, configure, and modify applications using existing application tools
      - Serve as a resource for resolving complex problems and issues in the application environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in a health, science, or business field, or equivalent professional experience; Master’s degree preferred
      - Five years of progressively responsible experience in information applications, including one year of programming or applications analysis
      - Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred
      - Epic Certification is required; Epic Radiant is preferred
      - Effective verbal and written communication skills to advise and consult with user personnel

      - Experience working in a healthcare environment
      - Ability to teach application functionality and design standards
      - Strong problem-solving skills with emphasis on user relations and data gathering techniques
      - Excellent organizational skills and creativity
