What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead complex analysis, design, development, testing, and support services for assigned applications
- Oversee daily operations, tracking issues, and validating testing results
- Conduct applications analysis and impact assessments for new or modified applications and processes
- Provide application support to end users and technical guidance to junior personnel
- Prepare various written documentation including application documentation, analytical reports, and training manuals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a health, science, or business field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in information applications, including one year in programming or applications analysis
- Previous experience in leading a project and/or team is preferred
- Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred
- Certification in Service Management, Project Management, or Business Analysis is desired
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Additional certifications in relevant areas
- Experience working with healthcare applications and technologies
- Proven track record of leading successful projects within a healthcare setting
