      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead highly complex analysis, design, development, testing, and support services for assigned applications
      - Oversee daily tracking and follow-up on operational issues and questions
      - Provide complex application support and technical guidance to end users
      - Develop application testing scripts and conversion plans, participating in testing as assigned
      - Prepare various types of documentation, including analytical reports and training manuals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in a health, science, or business field, or equivalent professional experience
      - Minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in information applications, including one year in programming or applications analysis
      - Previous experience in leading a project and/or team preferred
      - Experience working in a healthcare environment preferred
      - Certification in Service Management, Project Management, or Business Analysis desired

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in a related field
      - Previous experience in a healthcare setting
      - Additional certifications in relevant areas
      - Strong leadership experience in project management
