      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the NMTC Allocation Application process for community development entities (CDEs)
      - Collect and synthesize data to draft narratives and exhibits for applications
      - Conduct market research to identify community needs and trends
      - Collaborate with team members and clients to identify appropriate NMTC pipeline opportunities
      - Write compelling project summaries and verify community outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of professional experience in grant writing, community development finance, or tax credit finance
      - Strong written communication skills
      - Knowledge of finance, data, and reporting, with experience in CDFI Fund's AMIS reporting preferred
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively on various project phases
      - Proficiency in Word and Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - BA in English, Journalism, Finance, Planning, or a related field preferred
      - Knowledge of CDFI Fund and Tax Credit Industry
      - Passion for community investment and social justice
      - Experience working with borrowers, lenders, investors, and stakeholders
