      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop a detailed understanding of application functionality by collaborating with senior staff and reviewing documentation
      - Collaborate with end users to define requirements and tailor systems accordingly
      - Lead small to medium-sized complex projects, overseeing the implementation and support of IT applications
      - Execute testing, identify issues, and provide timely resolutions to user-reported problems
      - Participate in after-hours on-call support rotation and collaborate with vendor support personnel to resolve issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree in information technology, finance, clinical field, or a related field and six (6) years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree in the same fields and four (4) years of relevant experience
      - Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
      - Ability to work within a team and adapt to changing priorities
      - Skilled at supporting applications in a healthcare environment
      - Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and develop strategies for resolution

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in leading small to medium-sized projects within an IT environment
      - Familiarity with healthcare IT applications and vendor management
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and find meaningful information
      - Experience in training and cross-training within a team setting
      - Knowledge of software testing processes and best practices
