      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Align technology solutions with business strategies to improve processes
      - Serve as a technical liaison and broker of services with various vendors
      - Identify opportunities to apply technology to business processes
      - Document and communicate project requirements and technical concepts to stakeholders
      - Collaborate with IT personnel and customer management to address business problems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred
      - Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or business unit experience with IT
      - Strong technical knowledge with the ability to communicate complex concepts
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
      - Ability to solve problems across multiple business environments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement
      - Knowledge of HL7 is a plus
      - Proven track record in managing and growing a business through technology
      - Experience in executing projects from vision through implementation
      - Strong analytical and conceptual skills
