What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Align technology solutions with business strategies and identify opportunities to enhance business processes
- Serve as a technical liaison with vendors and advise customers on system functionalities and implementation requirements
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customer management and IT personnel
- Document projects and technical concepts clearly for business understanding
- Manage multiple projects effectively in a cross-functional environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or business unit experience with IT
- Strong understanding of project management concepts for planning and executing projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Must complete Epic's proficiency program within 6 weeks if no active Epic certification is held
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement
- Active Certification in Epic Optime and Anesthesia
- Knowledge of HL7 standards
- Proven experience in the strategic use of technology for business management and growth
