      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with management and IT staff to define business processes and identify enabling technologies
      - Act as a liaison between clinical and technical staff to ensure user needs are met
      - Conduct business process analyses and needs assessments to inform technology solutions
      - Develop project plans and coordinate resources for successful implementation
      - Provide subject matter expertise and mentorship to less experienced analysts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate’s degree or equivalent education and experience; Bachelor's Degree preferred
      - 3-5 years of experience in business application design, development, or significant healthcare background
      - Strong technical knowledge and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
      - Understanding of project management concepts and experience in a cross-functional environment
      - Ability to solve problems across multiple business areas and manage time efficiently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement
      - Experience managing large-scale projects from vision through implementation
      - HL7 knowledge is a plus
