      As our Application Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring both internal and external customers receive unparalleled training experiences, driving maximum adoption and customer satisfaction.

      What you’ll do at Elekta

      The Application Specialist is tasked with ensuring that our internal and external customers receive first class training and service support, maximizing customer adoption to drive Customer Satisfaction and Net Promoter Score. Applications Specialists will also be responsible for capturing customer needs relating to training and/or product performance and should communicate openly and effectively with Product and Project management Teams.

      Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to)

      • Provide market-leading, tailored training to customers, colleagues, and distributor specialists.

      • Provide professional assistance and support to Marketing/Sales, R&D and international colleagues.

      • Ensure customer requests are handled in a timely and professional manner, according to contractual obligations.

      • Support Marketing/Sales activities at exhibitions, conferences, and seminars, when required.

      • Maintain long-term positive relationships with customers acting upon customer feedback to drive NPS and Customer Satisfaction.

      • Actively contribute to Service delivery to ensure that customer expectations are exceeded.

      • Actively manage customer evaluation/ assessments to monitor trends in student performance and satisfaction.

      • Act as a conduit between customers and product development; proactively articulate regional requirements within PCP.

      The right stuff

      This role is ideal for someone who enjoys travelling but also has the experience of managing their own time, bookings, flights, and transport.

      • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 70% of the time

      • Ability to adapt your training skills to meet customer needs

      • Experience with the following: Microsoft Office, Citrix and CLM systems, where applicable

      • Strong English written and verbal communication skills

      • Fluent Spanish language written and verbal communication skills

      • Excellent presentation skills (ability to communicate effectively to a group)

      • Ability to effectively interact with customers (via phone and face-to-face)

      • Able to work in autonomy, with a remote manager

      What you bring

      • Bachelor’s degree in Radiotherapy preferred, or Biomedical Engineering/ Radiation Biology

      • Adapt with Medical Physicist as necessary

      • Proven track record in a healthcare/medical devices environment or willingness to learn.

      • Expert knowledge of Elekta hardware and/or software products and proficiency in assigned product specialties

      • Strong clinical background in Radiotherapy and working knowledge of clinical workflow

      • Significant experience as application specialist in the medical devices field

      • Experience in healthcare /computer science /adult education to include one year of software training experience on healthcare/medical applications or other software applications
