  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Design and build end-to-end GenAI-powered applications, including web-based UIs and backend orchestration
  - Implement and integrate LLM-based experiences using various AI frameworks and tools
  - Define and champion operational excellence standards for all deployed services
  - Develop responsive and accessible frontend interfaces with a focus on usability and performance
  - Collaborate with designers and product managers to iterate on UX patterns for AI experiences
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 5–8 years of software engineering experience with full-stack development, including 2+ years in AI/ML-driven applications
  - Strong Python development skills and experience with cloud-based services using AWS, Docker, and RESTful APIs
  - Proficiency in frontend technologies like React, TypeScript, or Vue, with a focus on UI/UX for internal tools
  - Hands-on experience with LLM integration and RAG pipelines
  - Familiarity with secure coding practices and internal data governance
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Exposure to design systems or AI evaluation tools
  - Experience with real-time application performance monitoring
