What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule, reschedule, coordinate, and cancel patient appointments efficiently
- Input and update accurate patient information in the system
- Answer phone calls professionally and communicate effectively with patients
- Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive patient information
- Resolve conflicts and demonstrate effective service recovery skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology
- Intermediate proficiency with computers, particularly the MS Office Suite
- Basic keyboard and telephone etiquette skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with the EPIC system
- Previous call center experience
