      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Participate in disease-specific care programs and adhere to departmental requirements
      - Assist with various administrative responsibilities as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
      - High school diploma or equivalent required
      - Relevant experience in a healthcare environment preferred
      - Ability to lift and exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills

      - Experience in disease-specific care programs or related healthcare services
      - Additional certifications or training relevant to healthcare positions
      - Bilingual or multilingual abilities
      - Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
      - Previous customer service experience in a healthcare setting
