      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze the reasonableness of appraisals to ensure compliance with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac standards
      - Identify red flags within appraisals that may affect salability or increase risk
      - Utilize Collateral Underwriter to mitigate quality and risk warnings effectively
      - Communicate with appraisal vendors for clarification and additional data as necessary
      - Report inconsistencies and irregularities on appraisals to management for escalation when required

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Active Certified Real Estate Appraiser License
      - Must be a Certified or Certified General Appraiser
      - Ability to adhere to bank policies and comply with legal and regulatory requirements
      - Experience in performing moderately complex internal real estate appraisal reviews
      - Strong analytical skills related to appraisal methodologies and risk assessment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of new construction appraisal procedures and architectural plans
      - Experience working directly with government-sponsored enterprises (GSEs) on repurchase demands
