      About the Role:

      The Apprentice in Human Resource Training role will be trained on multiple aspects of Talent Acquisition in Human Resource department at R1. Human Resource training for Apprentice in this role will include Soft Skills training, Prevention of Sexual Harassment Policy, Security & data protection and recruitment end to end process, etc.

      Apprenticeship Duration: 6 months

      Eligibility Criteria:

      • Minimum Age: 20 yrs
      • Communication: Good written / verbal and articulation skills
      • IT Knowledge: Candidate should be familiar with MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Teams etc) and Outlook
      • Minimum Education: Pursuing Graduation & above
      • Willing to work in Shift timing: 1.00 pm – 10.00 pm IST

      Responsibilities:

      • The Apprentice will be given On the Job Training to support Talent acquisition team in performing talent acquisition activities including coordination with prospective candidate for interviews, documentation and sharing information pertaining to their joining schedule and formalities.
      • The Apprentice will be expected to understand end-to-end Talent Acquisition process to ensure that they clear the assessment towards the end of their Apprenticeship tenure of 6 months with R1.
