What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Product Researchers and key partners in Design, Product Management, and Engineering teams
- Utilize qualitative research methods such as usability evaluations, interviews, and diary studies to gather user insights
- Work closely with a mentor to understand the expectations of a Product Researcher
- Engage in continuous learning and development throughout the apprenticeship
- Participate in high-impact projects that contribute to the overall mission of the employer
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Professionals from non-tech backgrounds, including research bootcamp graduates or self-taught candidates
- Self-motivated individuals pursuing a career in the tech industry
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional work environment with collaborative communication
- Knowledge of qualitative research methods
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Product Research roles is a plus
- Familiarity with user-centered design principles
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated curiosity and eagerness to learn about the tech industry
