Job Description

- Responsible for the quality and food safety of our products
- Operation of the APV system following proper procedures for startup, changeovers, and shut down
- Clean piping and heat exchangers
- Monitor water level in both clean and dirty water tanks
- Fill water tanker
- Keep track of and stock filter paper, i.e., cleaning chemicals and misc. supplies
- Ensure that the APV system is operating efficiently to keep product quality moisture and color up to company standards
- Conduct filter press changes
- Assist with bulk filling and raw material sampling
- Back up for honey dumping and barrel washing
- Completes all required documentation
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to withstand high humidity and the physical demands of the position
- Able to perform basic Math skills (add, subtract, etc)
- Able to adhere to established company productivity, GMP and quality standards

$20-$25 DOE
This position is responsible for the efficiency and maintenance of the APV system to ensure that a quality product is produced. In addition, this Employee will be required to fill Bulk containers.
Essential Job Functions:
Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
