      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Submit all claims with a goal of zero errors and verify their completeness and accuracy
      - Timely follow up on insurance denials, exceptions, or exclusions
      - Read and interpret insurance explanation of benefits
      - Respond to inquiries from insurance companies, patients, and providers
      - Utilize monthly aging accounts receivable reports to follow up on unpaid claims

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or college degree from an accredited college or university
      - Must be detail-oriented and motivated to achieve revenue goals
      - Ability to operate office equipment such as personal computers, keyboards, mice, and telephones
      - Capability to lift up to 25 lbs when necessary
      - Must be able to sit for extended periods with frequent bending and stooping

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in medical billing or healthcare-related fields
      - Familiarity with insurance claims processing and appeals
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
