What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maximize cash collections while minimizing denials and lost revenue
- Resolve outstanding insurance or contract claims and denials
- Conduct follow-ups with payers and communicate effectively with internal and external partners
- Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and contribute to the development of procedures
- Participate actively in team meetings and maintain updated knowledge of relevant regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of experience in medical insurance billing or equivalent training
- Knowledge of medical insurance terminology and basic understanding of ICD-10 and CPT codes
- Proficiency in using personal computers in a Windows environment
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting

- Experience in a healthcare-related billing or insurance role
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
