      Job Title: AR/AP Specialist

      Location(s): Atlanta, GA

      Job Description:
      We are seeking a detail-oriented AR/AP Specialist to join our team in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cash applications, A/P, and other tasks. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and collaborate with internal teams.

      Key Responsibilities:
      • Cash Applications: Process and apply customer payments accurately and efficiently. Process mail, deposit, scan, and upload customer checks in the Atlanta office.
      • A/P: Process checks to vendors in a timely manner, validate and update system notes to ensure accurate payment tracking and documentation, mail checks out, and support month-end closing tasks as needed.
      Job Requirements:
      Qualifications:
      • 3-5 years of experience in AR/AP, cash applications, or general accounting
      • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft applications
      • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
      • Onsite essential position, 9am-6pm est everyday.
