What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the team with gathering data and support for payment decisions
- Maintain metrics of decisions and filings entered each day
- Support the filing of cases and prepare documentation for hearing rotation
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of response arbitrations
- Process payments of adverse decisions promptly and address Post Decision Inquiries when applicable
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of related experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office and Access
- Ability to be detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior collections experience and/or phone work is a plus
