      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Patrol the grounds and maintain over 17 miles of trails
      - Use various tools for trail maintenance and erosion control
      - Ensure the security and care of the Arboretum Visitor Center during weekend shifts
      - Monitor and manage hazards and invasive species as part of land management tasks
      - Collect phenology data and maintain accurate records for research purposes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must hold a valid driver’s license that meets employer Risk Management standards
      - Must be personable, reliable, and able to work independently
      - Ability to interact well with Arboretum visitors
      - Willingness to perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions year-round
      - Reliable transportation is required as the Arboretum is not on a bus line

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CPR/AED certification preferred, but not required
