We are seeking a talented and creative professional to elevate our brand, lead marketing initiatives, and build lasting relationships within the A&D community.

      As the A&D Marketing Lead, you will collaborate with sales teams to craft and execute high impact marketing strategies designed to enhance our visibility and attract new A&D clients. You will be responsible for ensuring brand consistency across all communications, overseeing content creation, managing design projects, supporting sales efforts, and fostering relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.


      Responsibilities

      • Marketing Strategy: Co-develop and work with sales on the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance the firm's visibility and attract new A&D clients.
      • Brand Identity: Monitor the firm's brand identity for design audiences and ensure consistency in design and messaging across all marketing materials and communications.
      • Content Creation: Oversee A&D design content creation and co-create collateral with creatives, ensuring all copy and materials effectively represent and resonate with the A&D community. This includes print and digital designs, sales presentations, displays, and more.
      • Client Relationships & Event Coordination: Build and maintain relationships with A&D clients, media, and industry professionals. Leverage connections to coordinate events, including trade shows and industry conferences.
      • Market Research: Stay on top of and monitor trends by conducting market research to identify opportunities and understand the competitive landscape within the A&D community and industry.
      • Leadership: Be a design leader and mentor for the marketing teams.

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
      • 10+ years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the architecture, engineering, or design industries
      • Experience in public relations and media management
      • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Ability to think strategically and creatively
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
      • Proven analytical skills and attention to detail
