      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain relationships with architects and other design community members
      - Influence the specification process with Specification Writers/Creators
      - Manage national accounts and oversee the master specification and brand approval process
      - Track and maintain specified and submitted project pipelines through CRM
      - Present AIA/CES courses to architects and coordinate market intelligence on products and segments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of proven sales experience in building materials, particularly within architectural channels
      - Strong understanding of the architectural specification process and experience promoting to architects and designers
      - Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
      - Affiliations with organizations such as CSI, CDT, AIA, LEED

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - Experience in the Consumer/Durable Goods industry
      - Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Hubspot)
