What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive construction specifications for the Hadrian product portfolio by engaging with architects, designers, and industry professionals
- Collaborate with internal teams to align project requirements and ensure successful execution of specifications
- Review and update product specifications according to project requirements and industry standards
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to provide relevant design recommendations
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, addressing design-related inquiries and modifications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business, or Marketing
- 3-5 years of specification experience in Division 10 or related field, preferably in a technical support/construction sales role
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and design visualization tools (e.g., SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel within the U.S. and Canada
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with construction materials, finishes, and building systems
- Experience with CRM and construction software (e.g., Dodge, Construct Connect)
- AIA/CSI membership is a plus
- Previous experience in design, construction, or related roles within the B2B industry
- Strong problem-solving skills and innovative design mindset
