  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Drive market share by providing architectural design expertise to architects, designers, contractors, and end-users
  - Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and update product specifications
  - Conduct product research and stay updated on industry trends to provide relevant design recommendations
  - Liaise with clients and internal teams to address design-related inquiries and modifications
  - Lead CRM opportunities to ensure the sales team engages effectively with architects and distributors
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business, or Marketing
  - 3-5 years of specification experience in Division 10 or related field, ideally in a technical support/construction sales role
  - Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and design visualization tools (e.g., SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)
  - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  - Ability to travel within the U.S. and Canada
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Proven experience in design, construction, or related roles within the B2B industry
  - Knowledge of CRM and construction software (Dodge, Construct Connect)
  - AIA/CSI Membership is a plus
  - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
  - Strong problem-solving mindset with innovative design solutions
