What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build relationships with architects and other design community stakeholders
- Influence the architectural specification process and promote Fiberon products
- Manage national accounts and oversee master specifications and brand approvals
- Evaluate and enhance current sales strategies and programs
- Maintain a project pipeline in CRM and document all sales activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of proven sales experience in building materials and architectural channels
- Strong understanding of the architectural specification process
- Ability to self-manage and handle multiple priorities effectively
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Affiliations with organizations such as CSI, CDT, AIA, or LEED
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience within the Consumer/Durable Goods industry
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot
