      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage architectural promotion to influence design and specification processes for Fiberon's products
      - Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, and specifiers within the design community
      - Evaluate and implement marketing strategies for distributor customers
      - Track and maintain project pipelines using CRM, ensuring all activities are documented
      - Present AIA/CES courses to architects and collaborate with internal personnel for technical assistance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of proven sales experience in building materials, specifically within architectural channels
      - Strong understanding of the architectural specification process and experience in promoting to architects and designers
      - Ability to self-manage and handle multiple priorities effectively
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
      - Affiliations with CSI, CDT, AIA, LEED, or similar organizations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - Experience within the Consumer/Durable Goods industry
      - Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Hubspot)
