Job Description
- Req#: 1786
- Assist with day-to-day Archives-related duties as needed
- Assist with digital image gallery
- Assist with reference requests
- Assist with receipt of collections
- Perform minimal processing duties
- Must abide by Archives’ rules regarding treatment of fragile materials
- Must maintain data confidentiality as per FERPA regulation and general Archival standards
- Required: Computer literate (PC & MAC)
- Required: Must be enrolled as a grad student at Dominican University
- Required: Must be eligible for US employment
- Preferred: Completed GSLIS 701, 703 and 704
- Preferred: Familiar with HTML / CSS / XML
- Preferred: Familiar with / interested in basic Archival practices
- Ideal: Awareness of EAD / DACS / MARC / DC
