      Job Location West Region - Ahmedabad
      Reporting to RBM West

      To contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring and review of the business strategy and maximise retail profit by driving sales and controlling costs at regional level. Also build motivated and high performing teams through the effective leadership and line management of retail staff.

      1. Scope of the role Accountable for driving retail business operations for Mia stores in the relevant territory and achievement of the retail top-line and profitable category mix in the Region.
      2. Job Profile
      • Drive top-line for each and every store using a mix of ATL and BTL.
      • Planning for the network to maximize the business opportunity in the geography
      • Lead the staff at stores.
      • Recruit new and manage franchisees in keeping with the expectations from the organization. Establishing effective relationships with key associates.
      • Ensure that the Customer Experience is of the highest standard all the time.
      • Ensure implementation of all required retail processes, in terms of VM, store maintenance, commercial and statutory requirements.
      • Drive network expansion across region.
      • Ensure relevant merchandise is available at each store in collaboration with Corp Team.
      • Developing a continuous understanding of competition in a structured manner
      • Developing a 3 yr plan for the geography taking competition and company strengths into account.
      3. Key Deliverables
      • Ensure that all the retail stores in the region are profitable and achieve targeted top-line.
      • Retail Metrics Achievement including Conversion, Ticket Size, Mystery Audit and NP etc.
      • High employee engagement scores in the region.
      • Expansion in relevant catchment towns in the market as planned.
      • Like-to-like growth for existing stores.
      • Monitor Store Operations & ensure 100% Commercial Compliance
      • Device and implement customer experience programs
      • Regular review with the team on planned vs actual
      4. The right person
      • 3-5 yrs of work experience in sales and retail operations, preferably from categories like accessories, fragrances, stores like Sephora or competing brands like Swarovski
      • Strong analytical skills - define problems, collect and analyze data
      • Ability to identify ideal markets/catchments for expansion and also be able to pitch Mia to potential franchisees
      • Should possess excellent people, communication and analytical skills apart from having a good grasp of retailing in general and store operations in particular.
      • The person should possess high levels of energy, should be able to deal with ambiguity, pay attention to detail and high level of interpersonal skills .
