30% Office Time: Business analysis, forecasting, scheduling, and planning.
70% Restaurant Time: Structured visits focused on coaching, development, and operational excellence.
Sales forecasting and labor optimization.
Interviewing, hiring, and staff scheduling.
Inventory and food cost management.
Ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld.
Oversee new hire and recipe training.
Foster leadership development across all levels.
Host one-on-ones and performance reviews.
Prepare teams for emergencies like robberies, fires, or medical incidents.
Effective planning, prioritization, and communication.
Strong critical thinking and decision-making.
Ability to coach, inspire, and celebrate teams.
Actively manage and respond to guest feedback.
Celebrate wins and address concerns with urgency and care.
Maintain R365 and Daily Chex reporting.
Review labor, sales, and food cost metrics daily.
Manage invoices, tickets, and email communications.
Collaborate with recruiters and hire key talent from Hourly Supervisors to General Managers.
