What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule and facilitate technical and operational training to various audiences
- Use real-world experiences to ensure every hair stylist is fully trained and equipped
- Perform routine store visits to coach, develop, and encourage team members
- Identify additional training needs and ensure consistency in the market
- Support the growth and success of franchisees and store managers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current cosmetology license
- Minimum 3-5 years of previous haircutting experience
- Strong communication skills
- Solid training, presentation, analytical, and relationship building skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous retail salon industry work experience
