What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the sales team with quotes, proposals, and order processing
- Manage customer inquiries related to product details, pricing, and availability
- Build and maintain relationships with customers by addressing inquiries and providing solutions
- Maintain and update sales databases, generating reports for management
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer support, or a related administrative role in the trade or manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of the trade industry or similar industries is a plus
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask effectively
