      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist the management of Premium Branded hotels in monitoring and analyzing demand data
      - Monitor daily flash reports and provide recommendations and support to staff
      - Create and analyze competitive hotel information
      - Identify revenue problems and opportunities
      - Continually seek improvement in revenue management practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Four year degree preferred
      - Minimum of two years' experience in hotel front office, group reservations, analyst, reservations, or similar capacity
      - Excellent personal management skills
      - Excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel
      - Ability to understand processes including creation and accountability via audits of systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Branded operations experience strongly preferred
