      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide support to the group sales team by managing Delphi bookings and coordinating daily needs
      - Assist with prospecting and qualifying group leads to enhance sales opportunities
      - Plan and prepare for site inspections and VIP visits in collaboration with the events team
      - Monitor daily glitch reports for in-house groups and VIP clients on behalf of sales managers
      - Conduct site inspections and greet group clients and VIPs upon arrival and departure

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a sales/catering assistant, preferably with Delphi and Opera systems
      - Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively
      - Demonstrated ability to work with and support cross-functional project teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the hospitality industry with a focus on group sales and event planning
      - Familiarity with sales trip planning and post-trip follow-up processes
      - Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
