      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide support to the group sales team, assisting with daily operational needs
      - Manage Delphi bookings, including prospecting and qualifying group leads
      - Coordinate planning and preparation for group site visits and VIP stays
      - Create expense reports, trip reports, and group invoices
      - Conduct site inspections and meet/greet clients upon arrival and departure

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2 years of experience as a sales/catering assistant, preferably with Delphi and Opera systems
      - Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
      - Demonstrated ability to work with and support cross-functional project teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a luxury hospitality environment
      - Proficiency in additional software relevant to sales coordination
      - Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with clients
