Job Description

- Manage the P&L of retailers in different channels such as Downtown shop, Airlines and Airport Duty Free.
- Define commercial strategy in line with budget in order to reach sales and profitability targets.
- Continuously look for, and assess, new business opportunities within the area.
- Define and sell business plans to the retailer.
- Develop strong working relationship at all levels of the retailer’s organization.
- Work with clients to maximize all aspects of business (in-shop space & locations, investments, promotions…).
- Support Key Account Manager in annual commercial negotiation.
- Negotiate promotional activities to develop the business.
- Forecasts innovations and non-saleable products.
- Coordinate execution with the team (field sales force & merchandising).
- Define & track budget and align on target with the team.
- ROI/Performance/sell-out analysis.
- Be the commercial leader to make happen in-store and with excellence the business plan negotiated.
- Leverage the multi-functional organization (In-store design, Marketing, Supply) as well as the dedicated local field-based organization dedicated to the retailer.
- Continuously seek new opportunities in space and location to enhance brand image and expand portfolio into new categories.
- Able to work independently & follow through with practical, actionable application.
- Work with a variety of people from different business and cultural background.
- Build account relationships at corporate and store level.
- Implement a variety of brand strategies.
- Travel ~20% of the time.
- Strong collaboration, ownership and leadership skills required.
- Strong analytical and excel skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Sharp management skills – able to make the complex simple.
- A sharp eye for in-store excellence in execution.
- Action- and solution-driven
- Language: Fluent English
- University Graduate, Economy or business related.
- Experience in sales, marketing, trade marketing, and Beauty & Travel Retail experience is a plus.
