What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively solicit and develop group and event business to drive property revenue
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales activity goals

- Conduct in-person sales calls and presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with property teams to ensure successful execution of booked events

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 5 years of prior hotel group sales and catering experience, preferably in high-end boutique or resort destinations
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passion for the great outdoors and customer service excellence

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Multi-property group sales experience
- Familiarity with Cloud-Based Applications; knowledge of Google Suite products
- Demonstrated ability to develop long-term sales relationships
- Effective sales presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
