      What does an Area Sales Manager do at Swire Coca-Cola?
      As an Area Sales Manager in Food Service – On Premise at Swire Coca-Cola, you'll lead a team of field sales professionals to deliver business growth within your assigned region. From ensuring your team is prospecting & capturing new business and nurturing customer relationships to overseeing contract renewals and optimizing brand visibility, your role is vital for driving revenue and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will shape sales strategies, collaboration, and compliance, contributing to the company's market presence and success.

      Responsibilities:

      • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the designated area
      • Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance, training, feedback, and hold accountable to deliver against business objectives
      • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences for growth opportunities
      • Maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers
      • Monitor sales data, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions
      • Manage product distribution for timely deliveries
      • Implement Point of Sale activation plans to boost visibility and sales
      • Present sales reports and metrics to senior management

      Requirements:

      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
      • 2+ years of sales management in beverage, FMCG, or consumer goods
      • Proven track record exceeding sales targets
      • Strong leadership, team motivation, and development skills
      • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
      • Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making
      • Proficiency in sales and data analysis tools
      • Effective multitasking and time management
      • Willingness to travel as required

      Base pay range is $65,600 to $72,000 plus bonus structure. Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
