What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute all aspects of sales, market development, and strategic planning for company products
- Engage with healthcare professionals involved in the treatment of renal patients in various settings
- Promote the portfolio of company products to nephrologists, health systems, and dialysis organizations
- Analyze sales performance and adjust business plans and approaches accordingly
- Maintain up-to-date call records for all field contacts and submit necessary reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience selling in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Nephrology, Renal, and/or Dialysis
- Proven track record as a top sales performer
- Demonstrated knowledge of account-based selling
- Experience in account management within a complex, competitive marketplace
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Renal, Dialysis, Nephrology, Specialty pharma, Rare Disease, and Hospital sales
- Familiarity with Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) systems
