      Work Flexibility: Field-based

      • Implement sales activities to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goal for the assigned area / territory.

      • Support Regional Sales Business Manager to promote products to individual doctors & hospitals in assigned region.

      • Reach out to identify new business opportunities by means of tender & government businesses.

      Ensure efficient use of company's demo units in the territory.

      • Collaborate & cooperate with RSM / RBM as & when required.

      • Retain key accounts & explore new accounts/business opportunities to build Strykers‘ customer pool

      • Identify, develop & manage different channels of business (distributors & direct sales) in the area.

      • Provide solutions to customers to meet their specifications on the basis of techno commercial discussions • Upgrade existing customers to newer technologies.

      Desired Profile

      Education: - Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA in any discipline

      Experience: - At least 6-10 years sales & marketing experience in healthcare (preferred Medical capital). Proven record in sales management, channel management and key account management.

      Achieve Quota for Assigned Territory

      • Achieve 100 % assigned Quota every year.
      • Achieve 100% Quota in each quarter.

      Strategic business management and Market Development

      • Minimum 40 customers to be covered per month and at least 15 different accounts to be covered per month.
      • Minimum 10 demo days to be done per month covering 5 different accounts.
      • Weekly activities like surgeon/ customer meetings to be reported to the reporting manager.
      • Monitoring of Funnel movement for all products of NSE and Demo Plan
      • At least 1 activity on Drill/ Sonopet / Navigation in the region which will help the region to grow by 20% in these segments.
      • 100% Implementation of SDFC Opportunities.
      • KOL/ KOC engagement plan to be integrated with the MDP. Develop and implement high-impact educational/marketing activities in these centers.

      Travel Percentage: Up to 75%
