Job Description

- Support existing customers within and around the territory
- Collaborate with DSD distributor team(s) to drive sales and achieve distribution targets
- Expand BIOLYTE into new chain and independent retail outlets
- Represent the BIOLYTE brand at events within assigned region
- Support existing customers within and around the area
- Execute chain promotions in accounts
- Support BIOLYTE's retailers in creative ways
- Set up eye-catching floorstands, signage, pallet drops, etc.
- Enhance BIOLYTE's location and placement in store to increase visibility for the customer
- Collaborate with DSD distributor team(s) to drive sales and achieve distribution targets
- Participate in crew drives and market blitzes alongside DSD partner sales representatives to increase brand visibility and stimulate sales
- Provide guidance and support to DSD distributor team(s) regarding product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand messaging during field visits and meetings
- Expand BIOLYTE into new chain and independent retail outlets
- Identify high-potential retail accounts and decision-makers within target market(s)
- Open new independent and chain accounts (ie. convenience stores, grocery stores, country clubs, boutique hotels, etc.)
- Primarily activate new accounts that are serviced by BIOLYTE's current traditional retail distributors
- Represent the BIOLYTE brand at events within assigned area
- Traits: Self-starter, Energetic, Growth-Oriented, Personable, Persistent, Resilient, Insightful, Communicative, Attentive
- 1+ year of beverage/CPG sales experience required
- Experience working with DSD partners highly preferred
- Currently lives in Ohio
- The ideal candidate lives in/around the Columbus metropolitan area, but candidates from all Ohio cities will be considered.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
- Must be able to bend, kneel, stand, and squat for extended periods of time
- Occasional availability to work events after standard business hours and/or weekends
- Heavy travel throughout the state of Ohio
- Occasional regional and national travel to events, crew drives, etc. (up to 10%)
