      The Area Sales Manager will support and promote the sales of our company products by leveraging CNH Industrial Capital's full suite of financial products and services to our captive dealer network in an assigned territory.

      This role can be based out of New Holland, PA or Racine, WI. This is a Hybrid role that would require the individual to be in office Tuesday-Thursday.

      Responsibilities

      • Engage the assigned dealership enterprises at all levels to assure sustainable market share growth for CNHi Capital products and services and the facilitation of the Brands' equipment sales
      • Meet or exceed sales targets, metrics, goals, and margin targets
      • Support, promote, and facilitate the sales of equipment through the provision of financial products and services to our network of dealers and customers
      • Develop, maintain, and implement a territory-specific plan for the accomplishment of objectives (the business plan) using a management-defined sales process
      • Demonstrate effective and strong communication skills with the ability to optimally connect with dealer principals and CFO level management via phone and electronic means

      • Demonstrate the assertiveness, perseverance, energy, and passion -- results oriented behavior required to be successful in a sales role

      The annual salary for this role is $61,000 - $90,700 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience within Financial Services
      • 3+ years of Sales Experience
