What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver on the company's KPIs for the region and optimize shelf space for product displays
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key retail contacts to secure display space
- Service an assigned account base with consistent follow-up and tailored visits
- Educate consumers in stores about the brand's unique qualities and drive consumer awareness
- Collaborate with teammates on strategic initiatives to promote brand growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-5 years of experience in the beverage or consumer packaged goods industry
- Proven sales success in various classes of trade including Grocery, Mass, Natural & Drug
- Ability to lift 20 lbs continuously and build displays of 100 cases or more
- Must possess a personal vehicle for travel to accounts and the ability to work flexible hours
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
