      What you'll do
      As an Area Support Assistant at Sainsbury's, you will play a critical role in providing accurate and efficient administration support to the Area Manager/s. This will involve managing and organising the area's administration, including diary management, correspondence, and customer and colleague queries. Your ability to prioritise tasks and handle multiple responsibilities will be essential as you support the efficient operation of meetings, conference calls, and area functions. Additionally, you will assist in talent and capability administration, preparation of presentations, and coordination of travel arrangements. Your strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and confidentiality will contribute to the smooth running of the area and the achievement of business objectives in alignment with the company's processes and policies.

      As an Area Support Assistant at Sainsbury's, you are a highly organised and efficient professional who thrives in providing accurate and efficient administration support. With a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks, you take pride in supporting the Area Manager and ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes within your assigned area (s). Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, allow you to effectively liaise with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels. With a self-motivated and proactive approach, you demonstrate confidentiality, integrity, and sound judgement in handling sensitive information. Your strong time management skills and ability to work independently contribute to the delivery of operational excellence and the achievement of organisational goals within your area (s).
