What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor project performance and review deliverables to ensure goals and objectives are met
- Provide leadership and support in the development and administration of program tasks
- Maintain and monitor program budgets and develop budget execution plans
- Assist with program engagement and reporting to senior leadership
- Support the identification, assessment, and testing of healthcare technologies and capabilities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4+ years of experience
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- PMP, SAFe SA preferred
- Experience managing teams and mentoring teammates
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Program management experience from existing Advanced Research Projects Agencies
- Strong working relationships with R&D program managers and organization leadership
- Experience in establishing and resolving administrative and contractual issues
