      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative and camper support during a 10-week Visual Arts camp, plus an additional week of training
      - Supervise camper check-in, check-out, and transitions, while tracking attendance and registration
      - Support campers by providing one-on-one assistance and managing daily lunch breaks
      - Collaborate with Teaching Artists in classroom management and materials organization
      - Maintain a safe and supportive environment for campers, focusing on their social-emotional and physical wellness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience working with elementary or middle school-aged children, including camp counselors, babysitters, or teaching assistants
      - Must pass a background check to work with young people
      - Empathy and compassion for children, teachers, and coworkers, especially those exhibiting challenging behaviors
      - Strong leadership skills to ensure the safety of children during various activities
      - Must be available for all scheduled dates and hours

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience or affinity for visual arts, such as having taken art classes or engaging in arts and crafts
      - First aid training (Art Lit Lab will provide training if needed)
