      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide operational support for a Youth Summer Arts Camp, including setup and cleanup of camps
      - Assist Teaching Artists with material preparation, tech support, and inventory organization
      - Lead snack breaks and facilitate lunch periods for campers
      - Support classroom management and the social-emotional wellness of campers aged 7-16
      - Report directly to the Youth Education Director and Co-Director of Education

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience as a camp counselor, babysitter, teaching assistant, or similar educational role
      - Must pass a background check to work with young people
      - Availability to work all scheduled dates and hours
      - Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage challenging behaviors
      - Experience working with elementary or middle school-aged children

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - First aid training, with the opportunity for Art Lit Lab to provide training if needed
      - Affinity for visual arts, with any level of experience considered beneficial
