What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Front desk oversight, serving as the first point of contact for all inquiries
- Training, scheduling, and overseeing student workers
- Maintaining inventory, monitoring equipment, and rental activities
- Assisting with program-level events and student socials
- Supporting database management and organization of documents and materials
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience in the arts
- Familiarity with procedures and organizational systems in a professional office setting
- Proficiency in Adobe and Google Suite programs
- Familiarity with AV equipment and sewing machines
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
