Job Description

- Thoroughly learn Challenger’s art curriculum, teaching methods, and philosophy
- Provide students with the foundation needed to appreciate art on a deeper level and, more importantly, to understand how to create art on their own.
- Lead daily Art classes
- Maintain a safe and productive class environment
- Work patiently with students and coworkers
- Two years of college or equivalent experience in art, drawing, illustrating, design, or other relevant field.
- Ability to pass a background check
